Toxicity

According to China grading standards for pestcides, medium toxicity. As to technical product, acute oral toxicity LD50 is 79mg/kg for male rats, 56mg/kg for female rats; acute oral toxicity LD50 is 36.7mg/kg for male mouse, and 623mg/kg for female mouse; dermal toxicity LD50 is 696mg/kg for female rats and 632mg/kg for male toxicity. Birds Acute oral LD50 for mallard ducks >3950 mg/kg. Dietary LC50 for quail >5300 mg/kg. No accumulation of residues in eggs or tissues.  Fish LC50 (96 h) for bluegill sunfish 0.21, rainbow trout 0.36 mg/l.  Daphnia EC50 (48 h) 0.36 mg/l.  Algae ErC50 (96 h) for Selenastrum capricornutum >1000 mg/l.  Other aquatic spp. Intrinsic toxicity to aquatic organisms is greatly reduced by rapid loss from the water by adsorption and degradation.  Bees LD50 (oral) 38 ng/bee; (contact) 909 ng/bee.  Worms LC50 for Eisenia foetida >1000 mg/kg soil.

 
Mechanism
Non-systemic insecticide with contact and stomach action, and repellent properties. Gives rapid knockdown and long residual activity. kill those insects that have resistance to the common pestcides as organic phosphorus. It guards various plants such as wheat & barley, conton, greenstuff and fruit plants against those insects including lepidoptera, aleyrodids and exocorium.

Application notes

1. This is an insecticide, and it has restrain action on mites, so it is not only an acaricide against mites. 2. It is easy for the product to decompose in alkaline medium and soil, don’t incorporate with alkaline matters or used in soil treatment. 3. It has high toxicity on fish, shrimp, bees, and silkworms, so try to avoid polluting pond, rivers, and mulberry fields. 4. ADI 0.005 mg/kg.
